Every weekday morning, GitLoom posts one digest of the pull requests that need a human: waiting on a first review, approved but never merged, blocked by conflicts, failing CI, or small and quietly forgotten. If nothing is stuck, it posts nothing.

The official GitHub Slack app posts on every event until everyone mutes the channel. GitLoom is the opposite: digests are batched and scheduled, Live PR Cards update one message per PR in place instead of posting again, and when there is nothing worth saying, it says nothing at all.
